From the innovators desk

Like everyone, I too enjoy great-tasting food. Professionally, I am a trained scientist with exposure to various industry verticals who has evolved into an innovator as also a serial entrepreneur.

During my interactions with the food industry, I have noticed the unhealthy effects of reusing cooking oil during commercial and domestic cooking. As a food connoisseur and a trained scientist, I set out on a journey to develop cutting-edge, user-friendly technology to ensure that the quality of the cooking oil remains fresh and healthy.

As a responsible global citizen, I am deeply concerned about the well-being of our planet and the environmental legacy we will leave for our future generations. This massive negative impact caused due to unhealthy and unscientific cooking oil management practices led me to create Filtratech ULTRA. This unique cutting edge technology goes a long way in protecting the planet while also promoting good health and financial savings.

While we may follow Epicurus’s advice to “eat, drink, and be merry” we should always keep the well being of our health and our planet in mind.
